The Supernova Theatre is the beating heart of CustomerX.

While other stages dive into the "how-to," this is where we define the "what next." We have moved past the era of separate industries competing for the same transaction; we are now in the Post-Channel Era, where focus converges entirely on the customer’s life, not just the touchpoint.

This stage is reserved for North Star Thinking from Global Titans - the leaders who recognise that winning "share of wallet" now requires winning "share of life".

The "Threenote" Format

We’ve reinvented the keynote for a new era of collaboration...Think of it as the Graham Norton Commerce Couch.

We bring together three industry rockstars from different sectors for an unscripted, high-energy conversation. Sitting on one couch, they move beyond the "what" of their business to the "how" of our collective future.

2. The Morning Commute: Travel, Time, and Transactions

  • The Couch: Uber + Pret A Manger + Revolut.
     

  • The Collision: A journey is more than transport; it is a sequence of hospitality and financial decisions. This "Threenote" explores how travel data can predict a coffee order and how embedded finance makes the transaction invisible, turning a morning commute into a high-value, multi-sector experience.

3. The Social High-Street: Social, Style, and Spend

  • The Couch: TikTok + Klarna + Estee Lauder.
     

  • The Collision: Social media is the new discovery engine. This session dives into how entertainment platforms and flexible finance providers are collaborating with beauty giants to bypass traditional e-commerce entirely, transacting where the customer's attention already lives.

4. The Wellness Wallet: Health, Retail, and Data

  • The Couch: Vitality + Waitrose + Nike.
     

  • The Collision: The dawn of "Bio-Commerce". These leaders discuss how real-time biometric data can influence grocery rewards and insurance premiums, creating a "proactive wellness" service that benefits the customer's health and the brand's bottom line.
