Claire Pointon leads Just Eat’s UK & Ireland business, driving its growth as the country’s largest on-demand convenience platform. She joined in May 2023, bringing over 20 years’ experience in customer strategy, brand, and digital innovation.
Previously Customer Director at John Lewis, Claire has also held senior roles at Dixons Carphone, Kerry Foods, and T-Mobile. Under her leadership, Just Eat has expanded beyond restaurants, partnering with retailers, grocers and more recently service propositions. Claire is a passionate advocate for workplace inclusivity and leadership development.
